These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LandfillOps™ platform, websites, and services provided by SoliEarth Infrastructure Systems Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").
Subject to these Terms and your active subscription tier, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your corporate or municipal utility operations.
Our standard data protection measures use cloud KMS-backed digital sealing for state and telemetry storage. Please note that high-security cryptographic claims (such as FIPS 140-2 Level 3 dedicated HSM sealing) are only provided under our **Enterprise/Gov-HSM** tier, and are not active in Standard or Compliance deployments.
LandfillOps provides predictive compaction modeling and slope calculations based on user-supplied LiDAR and soil telemetry. While our calculations align with established geotechnical guidelines (and EPA LandGEM coefficients), you remain solely responsible for validating critical stability permits and engineering closures with certified professional engineers.
